Our Pilates Studio is fully equipped with the highest quality equipment. The equipment consists of four Total Workout systems which combine Reformer and Half-Cadillac as well as one Classic Cadillac, High Barrels, Chairs, Mats and Magic Circles. Our Equipment has been sourced from Peak Pilates which is recognised as one of the leading Pilates equipment manufacturers.
Personalised coaching
Our Studio is designed for maximum flexibility to accommodate small group classes, private, semi-private and rehab sessions. Limiting the number of students per class facilitates personalised instruction.
