Getting started    

Kick start Pilates with 4 private coaching sessions, just for you.

The f irst private lesson will include a consultation and physical assessment as well as your first Pilates lesson. You will be introduced to the fundamental principles of the Pilates mat work. Proper pelvic/spinal alignment, breath control and use of the deeper muscles of the core to initiate correct movement will be the focus. You will start building the foundation for a strong stable core to provide support in your daily activities as well as prepare you for more challenging exercises to come.

   
Second private lesson will review, reinforce and build on the movements introduced in your first session. After this session your instructor will be able to determine your readiness to join group classes on the mat or continue with a few more solo sessions.

Third and Fourth private lessons should be scheduled before joining the group reformer classes. You will learn how to use the Pilates equipment and be introduced to the fundamental exercises on the Reformer.
